Santa Claus Holiday Village features apartments and cottages built in the 2010s. Options include Classic Cottages, Superior Cottages, and Suites. Cottages are studio-style with a double bed or twin beds, a private sauna, a kitchenette, and a terrace. Suites, a 5-minute walk from the reception, include a living room, bedroom, mini kitchen, terrace, and bathroom with sauna. Amenities in all accommodations consist of ironing facilities, heating, tea and coffee facilities, dining table, patio, soundproofed rooms, garden furniture, free toiletries, cookware/kitchen utensils, and an electric kettle. Superior cottages use green electricity for heating.

Three Elves restaurant, in the main building, features Lappish ingredients. Christmas House Restaurant serves breakfast and lunch. Santa's Cuisine is the newest restaurant, featuring modern Scandinavian decor and floor-to-ceiling windows, and is available for private events. The Lobby Bar, next to reception, offers hot drinks and cocktails. Duni and Fiblon products with the Nordic Swan Ecolabel are used in the restaurants. Breakfast is served in the restaurant near the cabins. Christmas House Restaurant serves breakfast from 07:00 to 10:00 and lunch buffet from 11:00 to 15:00.

Santa Claus Holiday Village offers activities, including husky safaris, reindeer sleigh rides, and Northern Lights tours. Guests can meet Santa Claus in the Christmas House. Other experiences include snowmobile adventures, ice fishing, and visits to the Ranua Zoo, located approximately one hour away, where you can see polar bears and other Arctic animals. Cross-country ski tracks are available near the village. In December, private meetings with Santa Claus in his office can be booked. Souvenirs-Napapiiri Ky, opened in 1977, offers souvenirs. Santa Claus Holiday Village uses green electricity produced from renewable energy sources. An open fire is available for warming up.

Santa Claus Holiday Village is located 5 km from Rovaniemi and a few minutes' drive from Rovaniemi Airport.
